Freddy was very punctual and professional. After discussing the job and he explained the materials that will be used and their benefits. He arrived early thr next morning and tarped the lawn and exterior of the house. After the job was done, his team ensured they removed all waste materials including nails. Freddy came back the next day to check to ensure there were no nails left behind and to see if we were satisfied. I would recommend him to others and hire him in the future.

The workers arrived early in the morning to start working. The only time they took a break was the lunch time. They never left a mess behind. They clean the site everyday before they left for the day. They removed the old roof and placed the new one. It was done in May. After a few heavy rains, so far there is no more leak. Very happy with their work. Will recommend to friend or family.

I called them on a Sunday morning they were the only company open. I had a leak in my den from the roof. They came Monday morning gave me a estimate and did the work on Tuesday. It was unbelievable. Excellent company. Fredy and his team disbanded wonderful job replacing the siding and roof back in 2013. They were on time, courteous, and did a great job. The price was competitive (lower) in comparison to other company. Recently I developed a small leak from a heavy driving rain. Freddy was there the next Dayton repair. I would most certainly use American Dream again!

American Dream went well above and beyond what was expected from a roofing company. Out of the 6 bids I got they were right in the middle, but they spent the time to explain every item that was going to be installed. 3 of the 6 estimates didn't have the correct insurance needed for a roofer either. Freddy was great in explaining exactly what they had installed and even pointed out areas of dry rot that they went ahead and fixed on their own. They also replaced all of our downspouts for much less than I would have estimated. Our roof, gutters, and downspouts worked perfectly during heavy rains and I have no doubt will last a very long time. Highly Recommended!!!
